From Abigail "On Wednesday we went to Manchester to see the Lion King in the theatre with our Aunt June and Nana. Early in the morning we set off to catch the train and after a quick train ride we reached Manchester and dropped our bags off at the hotel and went for lunch followed by a wander around and some shopping. We then went for an early dinner and met-up with Aunt Sarah-Jane before we finally went and got our seats at the theatre and were ready for the big show. It was amazing and during the show animals came down the theatre aisle - it was the best show ever! When we came out I could not stop singing and dancing to the songs. On Thursday we went for breakfast and then we met Aunt Sarah-Jane at Wagamama for lunch which was so good and than we got on the train and headed home. Dad and Grandad was there to meet us at the train station and Mum was at home."

The rest of the week was spent enjoying the village, with some walks in the woods geo-caching, swimming and bowling with school friends and a trip to the Lancaster to the cinema to see Matilda the Musical and a picnic at the Castle.
