Our home for the year...

Well we are now settled in our new home for the next year. Amazing how quickly it's come together (one bonus of it being so small). Two bed, one bath which will be interesting, especially for the kids sharing a room. Some strategically placed clothes rails will help to divide the space when more privacy is needed and the novelty of sharing a room wears off. My mum and Aunt June did a fantastic job sourcing furniture, appliances, kitchen supplies, etc. Big thanks... Already feeling like home...

The Village - Silverdale, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) located on the coast of Morecambe Bay and nestled on the Lancashire and Cumbria border. Very traditional village with three pubs (excluding the Holgate's resort which has its own bar/pool/bowling alley), Coffee Shop, Butchers, Newsagents, Co-Op Supermarket, Farm Shop/Ice Cream, Village Hall, Church, School, etc.
