Saying Goodbye to Brentwood

Scrubbing the walls, cleaning the oven and packing up wasn't a lot of fun in 30 degree heat but it sure helped dry the carpets quicker after the steam cleaning. Well despite the heat wave we are packed, cleaned, keys are handed over and we are on the ferry up island to be re-united with the kids and say some final goodbye's to the Smith Family. House rental in the UK is confirmed and the new car for the UK is being delivered today (2012 7-seater VW Touran). Just a 24-hour journey to go and we should be ready to start our year in the UK...
