Oulton Park for the British Superbikes.... A day trip down to Cheshire with my Uncle David who is over in England for a few weeks visiting from Italy. It's been 25 years since we'd been to the motorbikes together (Donnington Park and Bruno) and so it was nice to see some up close racing action with someone else into bike racing. The kids and Josie had a great time as well, especially doing the pit lane walkabout and getting autographs from Leon Haslam and Rory Skinner. Ear plugs were a must and up close to the track was a heart thumping experience for both the kids with the 160 mph lap speed. It made me and my Uncle want to get back on some bikes!!! Not sure if it was a good idea letting Ben and Abigail try out the bikes for size - Ben looked like a natural on that FireBlade....
